About Eagle Diner
We opened our doors in August of 1992. The owner, James Rokos, moved his family from Florida 6 months earlier looking for a restaurant to buy. There was 2 Bobs Big Boy restaurants in the area, that is to say on Street Road. They were both for sale and it was left up to Jim and his family to decide which one to buy. The final decision came down to the location and the great salad bar!
Our goal was to serve good, homemade food at an affordable price for the people. We pride ourselves in making sure one of the family members is always at the diner which sets us apart from our chain competitors because one of the owners is always there watching and overseeing that things are done right. Our salad bar is one of the best you will ever see. It is huge and made up of more than 40 different items, most of them homemade for you to pick and choose what you want on your salad. Not to mention, the 3 different homemade soups made fresh everyday and the 3 different homemade breads for you to choose from.
The salad bar is all you can eat! In an industry were alot of the diners in the area are the same our salad bar stands out from the rest.It is a staple of our diner. Dont take our word for it as we have been open for 24 years and have won best salad bar in bucks county most of the years in the best of bucks competition as voted on by the people. We also make sure that we keep the quality high by only buying 100% USDA choice meats,local vegetables,and overseeing that these ingredients are handled properly and cooked with our homemade recipes. We also want to say that you, our customers are our main priority. we strive to make your visit with us satisfying and would like you to tell us when anything is wrong so we can fix itimmediately.
